Deciding if therapy is right for you involves evaluating your current emotional and mental health needs. Therapy can be beneficial if you’re experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and more. If you're seeking personal growth, better coping strategies, or a deeper understanding of yourself, therapy may be a good fit.
Consider scheduling an initial consultation to discuss your concerns and goals. This will help you determine if my therapeutic approach aligns with your needs and expectations.

During your first therapy session, you can expect a welcoming and supportive environment where we’ll begin by discussing your background, current challenges, and goals for therapy. We’ll focus on understanding your needs and establishing a treatment plan tailored to your unique situation.
A typical first session includes:
Introduction and Overview: We’ll review the therapeutic process and discuss confidentiality.
Exploration of Concerns: You’ll have the opportunity to share your reasons for seeking therapy and any specific issues you’re facing, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, or other.
Goal Setting: Together, we’ll identify your therapy goals and outline steps to achieve them.
Next Steps: We’ll discuss the frequency of future sessions and any additional resources or strategies that may be helpful.
This initial session is designed to help you feel comfortable and to lay the groundwork for effective therapy.
